[play-framework] Redirect staticDir:public to a sub domain

Hi,

I would like to redirect my staticDir:public to a sub domain ex: static.mydomain.com since it's not hosted on the same server.

Is it possible to do that?

Not directly with native syntax. @{..} only work for relative or
absolute URLs on the same domain.

It would be a nice feature for websites using CDN, I'm going to add a bug report.
