[devise] how to install devise on rails 2.3.5?

Hi I saw ryan bates video on how to install devise on rails 3.0.
I'm having issues trying to run it on 2.3.5
can anybody give a quick install guide?

take a look in the README file. it works well in my machine, with Rails 2.3.5 :)
