Winterval email 
  Dear all, This is my replacement for a Winterval card. (It's less polluting than the post.) Here's a joke to warm a cold day. A Banker, Teacher, Tory MP & Daily Mail reader are sat around a table. PACT Petition to the House of Commons calling for bag levy in England 
  Hello - the Penrith Transition Town group PACT Resources and Waste group has been running a Plastic-Bag-Free Penrith campaign for a while. Defra letter on plastic bags
