Dear PBF googlegroups
Hi. My name is Neil Devlin. I write on behalf of the
Highbury Barn group ( London).
We felt Sep 12 was a big success round our way, but we are
reluctant to have a long run of fun consciousness-raising events. We think a
change in the law is needed. We wonder what (further) action, if any, you guys
have in mind to try to change the law on PBs.

I agree Neil.
- I believe we need lobby government to bring in a tax along the same
lines as Ireland.
- moreover, we need further rewards for shoppers who do bring their
own bags with a national / at least supermarket-wide reward scheme. A
levy on bags could fund this. Current reward schemes are insufficient
