Dear all,

First - good news the Sustainable Communities bill has received Royal  
Assent.

Secondly, the PBF Day is being considered- please see below.

We submitted text that said this day was about education and awareness  
and to link into the International Day..(not enforceable- since there  
is no EU legislation on this)...so hopefully when we discuss with  
DEFRA and CLG this will be understood. We all want more attention and  
awareness to this and yes EU changes.
