I'm testing Plans 8.2 locally. I have to store CGI scripts in the cgi-
bin so I modified $theme_url and $options{default_theme_path}
according to the instructions. The calendar runs but I get an error
message at the top that says:

Warning. There's a menu with no menuitems. This may be caused by an
older version of Perl ( < 5.6).

I checked and I have perl 5.8.8 running. Is there another option I
need to modify to have plan.cgi see the icons?

Sorry, solved it myself. When I modified the icon menu list I
accidently deleted the top line:
<menuitem value="blank">Blank (no icon)</menuitem>

Replacing it resolved the issue.
