can not add an event or edit settings

Hi all,

I'm a new user of planscalendar, so i just did the install.
Also had some problems with executing the script, so i had to move it
to the cgi-bin directory.
Now i can access the calendar and i have 3 tabs (Calendars, Add event
and Calendar settings) but i can not add an event or access the
camendar settings.
When i click on these tabs, nothing happens.
I double-checked the permissions of all of the files and folders, they
should be ok i think.
Any suggestions on this problem?
