Subscribe Link Loads in Browser?

I can copy shortcut to the subscribe link and manually setup the
calendar in my thunderbird calendar and the calendar works fine -- but
when I click on the subscribe link it just loads the file in the web
browser. Do I have a configuration in Plans wrong? Is it a setting in
apache?
