problem with microsoft explorer

I have installed plans 8.1.5. It works fine with firefox, but with IE6
SP3 only display looks ok, only start month, number of month are not
displayed correctly, log in is working, but no editing or context is
possible.
after opening the calendar:
line: 34
Failure message: jQuery.planscalendar is null or not an object
Code 0

by clicking on an event eg for editing
line: 1
Failure: Object expected
Code: 0

by mouseover to the tab "add event"
the status shows the requested link:
http://www.red-cat.at/plans.cgi?cal_id=0&cal_start_month=10&cal_start_year=2009#

if doing the same in firefox the statement is simply
http://www.red-cat.at/#menu_tab_1

any ideas

I am having the same issue - Is there any update on this problem or is
the answer use IE 8 or Firefox?

Nov. 9, 2009Plans 8.1.7 is released!
Fixed javascript syntax but that caused IE errors (Thanks Joe &
Kasparov)
(To upgrade from plans 8.1.6, replace your plans.cgi and plans.js
files with the 8.1.6 versions.

If you haven't upgraded before, check the upgrade help page.

You'll need to copy the latest plans.cgi and plans.js files to your
server to fix issue with IE.
