Description:
The URLs in the README files in the 'dict' and 'sky' directories are out of date, and hget does not follow the redirections.

Corrected urls are e.g. http://pdos.csail.mit.edu/~rsc/software/plan9/pgw.tar.bz2 (changed from http://pdos.lcs.mit.edu/~rsc/software/plan9/pgw.tar.bz2)

Separately, 'tar xf - ' tries to open a file named '-' rather than read from standard input. I have verified that the plan9 tar is being executed.
