It makes sense for /lib/vgadb to contain entries for popular
(e.g., Dell) monitors, but probably less sense for me to submit
a patch for every oddball monitor I might have.
This patch to /lib/vgadb causes aux/vga to additionally scan
/lib/vgadb.local if it exists (if it doesn't, no harm is

Apparently on some versions of OS X,
once readdir returns nil once, it automatically
rewinds and starts reading from the beginning
of the directory.
U9fs has always assumed that once you hit the end
of the directory, readdir will repeatedly return nil
