Congratulations and IWP9 Invitations

Hello students, mentors, and all those involved in this year's Plan 9
GSoC program! Congratulations on a rather successful year!

I wanted to note that this year's IWP9 is coming up in October -- the
21st through the 23rd. Paper submissions are due in 1 week, but I
wanted to invite everyone who has worked on the Plan 9 project to
submit papers / WIPs to us for review to present. For more information
