Error sync with Dropbox

I just installed PlainText, and met the error of sync with Dropbox.  The error message show:" There was an error syncing "XXX"(folder name).  It may be out of date. The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURL error - 1005

I have checked the forum and tried the method introduced to unlink and re-link with Dropbox, but the problem was not resolved.

Three things to check:

1. What's your folder name? Does it have any of the characters listed on this page that might cause Dropbox issues: https://www.dropbox.com/help/145 ? Are there any files listed on the bad file check page: https://www.dropbox.com/bad_files_check ?

2. When you unlink from Dropbox, does the folder that won't sync stay in the list? If so, then swipe on its name and then tap delete while unlinked. Then re-link to Dropbox. It should re-sync.

3. For the folder that won't sync, is it colored red? If so, then you'll need to delete it from the app and then re-sync (see step 2).

Without knowing more, I'd recommend simply deleting and reinstalling the app from the App Store. That should clear out any problems in PlainText itself; if the folder still won't sync, then please check the folder for Dropbox errors.

Thank Grey,  I have tried first two steps which does not work, so finally, I decided to reinstall the app from the app store.  Now it is ok, but VPN may be required to successful work.
