Witam,
Mam takie zdanie do przetłumaczenia:
All breathers and automatic "T" drains must be operable to allow breathing at
points other than through the bearing fits.
Co to są:
- "T" drains
- bearing fits

Istotnie, istotnie !
Kontekst taki, że tłumaczę instrukcję obsługi silników prądu zmiennego. Są to
na razie oderwane pojedyncze zdania odnośnie przechowywania silników przez
dłuższy okres czasu.

T drain to będzie "trójnik spustowy", through bearing fit przetłumaczyłbym "poprzez łożyska". Chodzi o to że nie wiadomo jakie to łożyska (ślizgowe czy toczne), więc jedyne co z tego można zrozumiec to że nie można założyć że ewentualna wilgoć wysuszy się przez łożysko (ślizgowe są praktycznie szczelne, więc nie ma szans, toczne są wypełnione smarem, więc też raczej nie ma możliwości).
