usb_modeswitch i E173s

Witam
Mam problem z uruchomieniem połączenia na modemie Huawei E173. Mimo że
jest to model E173 (tak jest na nalepce) to jego ID jakie podaje lsusb
pasuje (to co przeglądałem w 40-usb_switch.rules) raczej do E173s i tak
też go próbowałem uruchomić.

Przeglądałem wiele tematów na forach ale mimo wszystko nie mogę sobie z
tym poradzić. Chodzi mi o komunikat jaki polecenie generuje przy próbie
zmiany trybu pracy dla modemu:

Zmiana z 0x1c0b na 0x1c05 powinien zmienić z trybu domyślnego jakim jest
srotage na tryb modemmu

Z tego co się orientuję to w /etc/usb_modeswitch.d/12d1:1c0b mam standard:
