Phil,
We laser cut and then form the skins here for the kits. We slip roll a curve onto them the use the bending brake to make the top edge bend and the fade bends. We have special rolling dies to make the slight hug edge at rear ad bottom on those skins. We locate the fade bends not exactly on the stringers so when fuselage fabric is on, the bends look correct. Putting the fade bends exactly on center of stringers makes them look wrong when fabric is on.
