Today PircBotX version 1.9 was released, introducing IRCv3 CAP negotiation, easy proxy support, and a new WaitForQueue class, as well as several bugfixes and enhancements. See https://code.google.com/p/pircbotx/wiki/ChangeLog (now in a cleaner format) for more information.
