Hi, I appreciate that the mobile version is primarily designed for the
iPhone browser but I just wanted to let you know about my experience
of using it from the BlackBerry (Curve 8900/Bold/Tour - non-
touchscreen) browser...

* The site loads very quickly and enables viewing of all the links
from the top menu

* Any Pinned item can be viewed

* If the "mark as read" link is selected the item is marked as read
(i.e. shows as read on the main site) but doesn't appear to be read on
the device until a manual refresh is carried out

* The "edit" and "delete" links don't work - I'm guessing this is down
to them being dynamic

I'd be happy to test further/future versions if you need.

Many thanks for a great site/service,
Toby

Thanks for this report. I'm downloading the Blackberry emulator right
now to see if I can get some additional site functionality working on
the devices. The fact that 'mark as read' works gives me hope.

I am a Blackberry user also 8700 (older model) with os 4.5 (recent)

My top requests would be to make the bookmarks as compact as possible.
On my BB each entry shows on six lines with unneccessary line breaks,
rather than the three on a computer and to bring the tag search to the
top of the screen. On my BB the tags and tag search are at the very
bottom of the first screen of bookmarks.

I just got the blackberry emulators running on VMWare, so I'll take a
look and see what I can do. One question - are you visiting the
regular site (pinboard.in) or the mobile site (m.pinboard.in)?
