i think it would be great that when adding a bookmark, if the website
detected that you were coming for a mobile platform it would use a
mobile version optimized for the smaller screen where you wouldn't
need to zoom in or out to add tags and submit the bookmark.

Is there a bookmarklet for adding/updating bookmarks in the mobile
view, or is that just for browsing your bookmarks? Im looking for a
mobile theme for the adding/updating so that the process is simpler

Pretty-please detect the user agent when the user lands at pinboard.in, and redirect to the m. version. I've been using Pinboard for years on mobile, and only now have I found out that there's a mobile version.

But if you do that, please also make it possible to over-ride, so the user doesn't get trapped in the mobile version...
