Nginx fastcgi vs apache mod_wsgi

I'm trying to establish a pinax/geodjango site on an Nginx/fastcgi
Ubuntu 10.04 server.

The site was originally built on an Apache mod_wsgi server.
I'm new to fascgi so would appreciate any suggestions.
