Pike v7.8 release 700 crashes occasionally when startup on win7x64

Hi!
I tried http://pike.lysator.liu.se/pub/pike/latest-stable/Pike-v7.8.700-win32.msi and http://pike.lysator.liu.se/pub/pike/latest-stable/Pike-v7.8.700.msi .
When pike crash, a window poped up, so I can't use pike in a bat file.
Can anybody fix this ?
