Can someone make a DVD?

Is there anyone available to make a DVD for me?

I have been trying to put four of my short films on DVD for some time
and my computer program is not working and keeps giving me discs with
errors that will not play. I need a basic DVD made with 1 main menu
and sub-menus for each of the four films. The total running time is
about 40 minutes. The content is on different types of media including
Mini DV, a video file and two individual DVD discs. I also have an
image that I would like to display on the main menu. That is in PNG
format.

I am also open to suggestions of an individual or organization that
can make a DVD.
