missing files and directories in pic24_code_examples

I downloaded the actual version of the pic24_code_examples and
realized that there are the directories "common" and "include" no
longer listed. In my older version I have, they are needed. Aren't
they any more needed or what happened?

Hi,
These directories are now sub-directories of the 'lib' directory. All
of the projects correctly point to them.
