I just went to Amazon's page for the book; they list the Kindle edition there; there are no plans to discontinue it.

Strange, my Amazon log-in has a 'one-click buy button' and I successfully got the sample downloaded to my ipad. I did not click the 'one-click buy' button as, well, I already have it :).

btw, I'm from France, but I have configured my Kindle to point to amazon.com store. When I select your book, it says "This title is not currently available for purchase" :(
Seems like it's not available to sell outside USA :(
