Again the Unification of the Physics lacks, till two big
misunderstandings exist, by Romano Amodeo

There is a deep reason of the lacking unification of the Physics:
1) The real adoption of two different E/m ratios.
2) The atomic masses that aren't Forces but Moment of the forces.

Here we'll see only the FIRST REASON.

In the atomic context the water's molecule was chosen
to establish the unit of the weight.

In it, the ratio E/m is, in r.a.m. (the atomic weight):
(2 +16) r.a.m. / 2 r.a.m. = 9/1, pure
number.

All the ratio E/m is referred to the H-atom.
In the numerator, 2 +16 = 18 is all the energy of its connection with
the O-atom.
In the denominator there is the mass of the two H-atoms, equal to 2
r.a.m.

Since this is the absolute fixation of the unitary weight,
with it also the internal ratio E/m is indirectly fixed how we have
seen.

Now, when the Scientist, searching the E/m ratio
of the General Relativity of Einstein,
think to have it through an experience,
they are forgetting that the c of Einstein must be an ABSOLUTE speed,
and that the "absolute" cannot be found through real experiences,
but only in a theoretical way.
Really, the c of the light speed is not an ABSOLUTE THING,
but it is the velocity OF the electromagnetic FRONTAL AREA.
When something is RELATIVE TO.... (how in this case)... TO ITS AREA,
it doesn't represent an ABSOLUTE MATTER, but a RELATIVE one.

The unfortunately consequence was that the E/m ratio,
in this incongruous way derived by the c REAL velocity,
was the involuntary introduction of a ratio E/m different
from the E/m fundamental ratio existing in the Water.

Since the ratio in 1 dm^3 of water was the Fundamental fixation
that allowed to construct the champion in platinum-iridium of 1 kg,
the E/m ratio, obtained through the light speed is ANOTHER ONE,
and the Physics isn't unfortunately unified.
To unify it it is necessary the TRUE ABSOLUTE speed.
