Absolute importance of check through the physical initial
definitions.

The Philosophy of the Physics uses the Reason and its logical systems
to check the behavior's purity of any user of the physical
definitions.
If in the time, the initial decisions change in their formal shape,
they cannot change the substance of the precedent decision.
It is the case of the metre and of the second, and of the kilogram.

When in the 1791 the French Academy (which included J.L. Lagrange and
P.S. Laplace) proposed an unitary system that was how the decimal
system used to do the calculations, it needed units there where
relatively coordinated with reference to a body of matter's mass which
was free to do, in the time, an entire turn of the mass. This body was
individuated in the Earth mass, and the complete rotation was seen in
a day.
The Physics had only to find "HOW" to fix the decimal units of the
physical unitary quantity of the length, of the mass and of the time.
It had recourse to the mathematical model 10^10, having the quality of
the ABSOLUTE, that is of the WHOLE. In fact we, today, have that 10^10
units of the atomic length is equal to 1 metre.

The named "metre" ("meter" in the AmE, America's English) the unit of
the quantity of the length,

Immediately, the first thing possible was to consider this "metre" how
the entire 10 cycle (of the Mathematics) of the dynamic of the mass.
Consequently, the side of the cube containing the mass had to be 1 dm
long. WAS THE FIRST DEFINITION.

To have the length of the "metre" how the "cycle" of the mass, the
French Academy thought that "cycle" and "circle" were similar, so the
Earth circle named Meridian (that didn't suffer the greater circle of
the Equator) was the "ideal" cycle of the mass, turning in 1 day that
cycle of the mass.
To have the dependence of the metre on this Meridian, since in
Trigonometry the 4 Quadrants have the first how TIME of the three
others (that can be reduced always to the first, only changing the
algebraic sign), to have the TIME corresponding to the length of the
Meridian, it needed 1/4 of the same Meridian.

This unitary TIME, had to be equalized to 10^10 unitary masses, in
order that the mass was the ABSOLUTE reference.
Afterward, since the DEFINITION already assumed of the unitary masses
of the unitary cube having 1 metre of length, they all were 10^3, in
this METRE that had to be defined.
The criterion was this. 10^10 divided by 10^3, gave the UNITARY LENGTH
of 10^7 METRES, and so this secondary unit named "metre" became the
10^-7 of THE UNIT consisting in 1/4 of the Meridian.
Now, since this line of 10^7 metres were also m^3 put in sequence, and
it represented the UNIT of all the masses (because the 10^10
quantities to which the "meter" was related, through the 10^3 unitary
masses, were masses), and since this UNIT was "the presence" in the 10
cycle of the mass, THE UNIT of the reference needed to be the time of
10 days. To this UNIT, of ten days, it needed to report the "second",
so named as the UNIT OF THE TIME.

The time of ONE day, needed to be correlated to 1/10 of second of
presence.

The question of the French Academy was, at this moment: "How much BIG
has to be FIXED this second?"
Only the turn of 360 degrees had to be how 1 "hour"... but how many
they had to be?

The fundamental FIXATION of the mass, in its absolute quantity
referred to the m^3 was the power 10^3, while our world is binary in
its time positive and negative. The plenty of the times positive-
negative, and each big ONE, went from -1 to +1 and so was +2.

Since the ABSOLUTE POWER, of 10^10, was the 10 cycle, the ABSOLUTE on
base 2 was 2^10=1024, exceeding the 10^3 unitary masses of the unitary
space were showing 24 "hours" of the rotation of 10^3, the fundamental
mass fixed.
So the PRESENCE of ONE turn was to be FIXED in 24 "hours", and its 10
cycle in 240 hours.
When the 360 degrees of the rotation in itself of the MERIDIAN, were
turning of 240 hours.... this had to be the SECOND.
360 multiplied by 240 got 86400 and were all the SECOND of one day.

You have seen the PERFECTION of this initial choice, all dependent on
the mathematical model 10^3 (of all the masses of 1 m^3, and of all
the "absolute" 10^10 masses in the TIME 1/4 of the circle named
Meridian.

Now, when the Physics changes the initial definitions IN THE FORM, and
not in this SUBSTANCE, the metre, how the light that run 299792458
metres is always the same... but only changed in its reference. The
number of METRES run by the light, were always counted starting from
the length of the ORIGINAL CHAMPION in platinum-iridium.

Also the second was referred to the period corresponding to a
transition between two hyperfine levels of the ground state of the
caesium-133 atom... but one day is always of 86400 second, so nothing
has been changed in the SUBSTANCE.

The kg is always the mass of the original champion in platinum-
iridium... because the mass doesn't suffer any variation by the
different thermal dilatations, while the length certainly. So the
original champion of the length had to be fixed in a way different.
Also the second, because also the day shows oscillations in its
duration, but always around to the IDEAL day of 86400 seconds

Now the Fundamental Substance it is not changed, but NOW, the
relations among m, kg and s are IMPOSSIBLE, if we don't do recourse to
the ORIGINAL definitions, respected in substance by the NEW ONES.
To can understand the CONNECTIONS, it is necessary to refer the
researches to the INITIAL MATHEMATICAL DECIMAL MODEL.

Only this reveals that the ABSOLUTE LENGTH, expressed in m and s^-1,
is the cycle of 3×10^8 m s^-1.
This is THE ABSOLUTE SPEED of the electromagnetic MASS.
It can be accelerated until to (3×10^8 m s^-1)^2, and it is the REAL
WORTH of c^2.
We don't have the necessity to do recourse to the light speed, when we
have this 3×10^8 m s^-1 how a INITIAL FIXATION.

If we introduce ANOTHER FIXATION... we have TWO DIFFERENT ONES: the
first referred to the real mass of the Earth, and is certainly the
3×10^8 m s^-1 that WERE FIXED. The second is introduced in the moment
in which enter in act AN IMPURE SYSTEM: that which counts an ABSOLUTE
QUANTITY of length, employing a RELATIVE measurement.
Through a RELATIVE measurement is only possible to have a RELATIVE
quantity and NEVER an ABSOLUTE! Any RELATIVE experiment gets a
RELATIVE result.

So, the simple thing to do is the NEW UNIFICATION of what was
involuntarily DIVIDED, if the Physic REALLY SEARCHS this
Unification.

I think that you have reason, because the change of the definition of
the meter and of the second has put in how consequence to loose sight
of the relations of meter and second with the mass of the champion of
the unitary weight.
To restore the existing relations Physics must consider these
fundaments.
