The Intelligence can find the Existence's fundamental Rules

There is a "General" situation that doesn't need other that an "opened
mind".

In fact, when a General System is introduced, all its relations can be
desumed directly through logical processes.

I make this clear example.
When in Physics is imposed, as ITS UNIT, the decimal dynamic cycle of
the decimal mass of the cycle 10, and when 1 metre of space is defined
as this cycle, it is defined of 10 decimal units.
The mass 1 has - consequently - the space in line of 1 dm, and its
unit is made of 10 masses, for 1 m of space occupied.

Acting so, we have DECIDED also this important relation:
since 1 mass has its hability to work from its fall (and it is named
ENERGY), and since its most fall in the cycle 10 is of 9 decimals, its
MOST ENERGY (or the absolute quantity) must be exactly 9 times its
mass.
If you ask: "Why?", the answer is: "for the same direct assumption, of
1 mass, how 1/10 of 10/10".

A very important consequence is this:
"the electron mass, that, measured, reveals a pound's Force of
9,109389754 times 10^-31 kg, is not a number ALL of MASS (being more
than 9).
Consequently, it must be an inertial moment, in which the F of the
mass is 9 times 10^-31 kg, and the remaining part MUST BE NECESSARILY
the incidence of the space, that gets maior the RESULT of the
multiplication between the F and the space.

In fatc the FIRST RULE (of the Unit of the mass as the same 9 unitary
energy) cannot be dependent by other, being THE FUNDAMENT of all the
other choices.

If the Physics doesn't cange the worth of the electron mass, it appens
only because this SCIENCE acts truly lacking in congruency.

The Phisic Unification cannot be made because the Forces of the masses
today aren't EXACT ones, for the confusion of the MOMENTS of the
Forces, with the same FORCES,
