The unitary dimensional model, of the space-time-mass, is gotten
by 299 792 458 divided by (300 000 000 less 299 792 458).

POSTULATE
I consider “ABSOLUTE speed” of the electromagnetism,
its real PRESENCE, in form of present-mass.
I refer this to the Earth Meridian that put in perfect relation m, s
and kg,
1/4 (so: 10^7 m) how “time” and 3/4 (so: 3×10^7 m) “how space”.
Since in the SI (Decimal Metric System) the unit is the 10 cycle,
the cycle of 3/4 of the Meridian is 3×10^8 m and exists each s^-1.
This is the ABSOLUTE "cycle" of the Earth present-mass,
referred to each s^-1, so is its absolute unit of 3×10^8 m s^-1.
