Phyre2 to be on public release

Thanks everyone for trying the new Phyre2 server. We've had about 2000 submissions in the last week and still no complaints!

There are definitely some bugs in there I'm sure and a whole range of tweaks to make over the coming days and weeks.

Sincere thanks to all of you who have contacted me with kind words and suggestions for improvements. Please keep them coming.

I plan to release the system to the whole community in the next few days. If you have had a problem with the system and want it fixed before the masses start swamping our servers please let me know.

We are currently running at near capacity on our 200+ CPU farm. When I release it globally I expect BATCH jobs will slow down. I have implemented a throttle that will let me adjust the usage of batch jobs to keep the single job user experience satisfactory.

Once again thanks to everyone for using Phyre2 and letting me know when it does something squiffy. Keep the comments/criticisms/suggestions coming in, either here or privately to me.
