Subject: Cannot generate summary files from batch output
Hi,

Subject line says it all. When I try to generate a summary or full
archive I get taken to the web page that says to wait, but it never
loads. This was not a problem two days ago and appears to be a new
phenomenon.

Any suggestions?

Scott Handley

Hi Scott,

I just checked it and it works, but it *is* slow. I think it is linked to
someone in our lab hammering our systems which is slowing down access.
I will also investigate if there is a way to speed this up for batch jobs.

When I do it, it takes about 12 seconds for the page to load (not acceptable
I agree), but it should pop up eventually.

regards,

Lawrence

P.S. Please mail me if you have further troubles with this.
