Hi,

Some quick feed back about Phyre2: Love it.

The new interface is great as it allows you to drill down through the
results with greater ease, IMO.

It has also allowed me to get some putative domain assignments for
bits of my proteins for which I did not have coverage (which is good)
and the one 2 one threading works great too.

I haven't had a change to play with the other 'expert' features yet,
but what I have done has been easy and intuative.

keep up the good work,

D

Hi David,

Thanks for the kind words. Its hard to get feedback from people (they
just use it and if they don't like it they don't tend to say much), so
your feedback is particularly welcome.

thanks again,

Lawrence

Hi freinds,
i am just a new user of Phyre since 5-6 months. I realized that Phyre is a good
platform to get structural information. Previously i used swiss model server but
some of the structures which it could not predict, Phyre could do it for me. Now
i am very much comfortable with Phyre and still trying to understand the Phyre2.
I Hope every up gradation will be very helpful for the Phyre users.

Hi,

I am also thankful to Phyre because it gives lots of information regarding my protein structure which i could not predict through homology modeling.

Thank You

Keerti
