Subject: Problems installing Passenger 3.9.* / HEAD on Ubuntu 12.04, with rbenv.

I just filed a ticket for this here<http://code.google.com/p/phusion-passenger/issues/detail?id=810>,
and was wondering if anyone had a quick solution for this, considering that
this used to work in the last update. It looks like some ruby path problem.

----

*What steps will reproduce the problem?*
1. Install Ruby as user deployer using rbenv.
2. Install Passenger 3.9.* or HEAD of the git repository as of right now (Oct 30, 2012)
3. Run sudo -u root `rbenv which passenger-install-nginx-module` --auto --auto-download --prefix=/etc/nginx
*What is the expected output? What do you see instead?*
I expect Passenger to be installed correctly. I get this output instead:https://gist.github.com/685f4f219f3fdf9ebcfe

What version of Phusion Passenger are you using?
Passenger 3.9.* or HEAD of the git repository as of right now (Oct 30, 2012)

Which version of Rails?
N/A

On what operating system?
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
*Please provide any additional information below.*
This exact procedure worked fine with all 3.0.* versions of Passenger, on Ubuntu.

Thanks!
