Updating compiler options for building in Solaris Express 11 and OpenIndiana 151

Hi,
I've updated the compiler options for building passenger on both
Solaris 11 Express and OpenIndiana 151.
It seems that the compiler options added for older versions of Solaris
are no longer needed with newer operating systems / versions of GCC.
Also, I found that the has_alloca? test was not setting the right flag
to allow including the header which is available on these systems.
