How to access the RackBaseURI in the Rack application?

Hello,

is there a way to access the RackBaseURI in the Rack application? Like
the RackEnv through the RACK_ENV environment variable.

My scenario:
I have a merb application and want to use the RackBaseURI feature.
For that i must hard code the base uri in the config.ru script at the
moment.
That makes the merb application not really flexible for deployment.

It would be great when the RackBaseURI would be accessible though a
RACK_BASE_URI environment variable.

Or is this already possible?
