Check out the Elastic Server On-Demand. It builds Elastic Servers(tm)
which are are application stacks which can be dynamically constructed
from component libraries and delivered in many virtualization-ready
formats (VMware, Xen, Parallels, EC2 AMI).

Now you can easily try out both Mongrel and Passenger by downloading
Elastic Servers configured with either deployment strategy from our
Rails 2 Portal. We've also added a handy Capistrano script for Rails
Elastic Server deployment. Simply build a server, and follow the
instructions on the Rails portal site to deploy your app.
