Hi guys,

Did  you encounter this kind of problem. My Rails application depends rack v1.2.5, but the Passenger depends rack v1.2.2. So when deployed my application. That will report error seems like "You activated rack 1.2.2, but your gem locked rack 1.2.5".

Is there have any good solution to resolve the problem? And I also find the passenger always require rack of latest version.

Use Bundler. Their 'Rationale' page explains what makes this problem occur and how Bundler solves it. If you're already using Bundler then use the latest Phusion Passenger version, which supports Bundler.
