This is slated for post 0.2. This requires adding in code that can
aggregate all of
the various xdebug code coverage output values and code that create
something with
those aggregated results. The generation might end up in a separate
package and
released outside of PHPT with PHPT_CodeCoverage being a bundle of
PHPT_CodeCoverage_Code and Domain51_CodeCoverage_Grapher (or some
similarly named
package).
