SAM version 0.1.0 released

The initial release of the SAM PHP extension was made available from
the pecl.php.net web site on 14th November 2006.

This level provides point to point messaging (send/receive) support
with WMQ (IBM WebSphere MQ) and WPM (IBM WebSphere Platform Messaging)
protocols. Although this version is marked as "beta" we do not expect
any radical changes to the connect/disconnect and send/receive APIs so
it's sort of almost "stable". The code has been tested on Linux (Redhat
on Intel) and Windows (XP).

Other APIs for pub/sub etc. are not yet implemented.
