Looking for an awesome Dev for an agency just outside Liverpool... (also a bit of advice please, if anyone is willing!?!)

Hey Guys,

Hope you're all well.

I'm looking for an experienced Dev for a client of mine based just outside Liverpool. They've got some big eCommerce projects in the pipeline and they're looking for someone with around 3 years experience to join the team.

I'm sure you're all familiar with the typical skill set they're looking for, so I don't want to ramble. Experience working with Magento would be a massive advantage, but it isn't an essential. 

Salary is dependent on experience, which I would imagine is around £30-£40k.

If anyone is interested, or know anyone who might be please let me know.

Also, FYI - I know recruiters have a pretty negative rep in the industry these days - I'm trying my best to change that. I'm sure you can appreciate that everyone has a job to do and I hope that posting relevant jobs on this forum is a step in the right direction. Most recruiters even find things like that difficult and I can't understand why... Do you guys have any advice for me RE getting my name out there as a good, reputable recruiter? I think I've pretty much got the basics right (so far anyway) - basic manners and courtesy, listen, be honest (yes, I'm serious about that one ha ha)... Is there anything I can do that would really make me stand out and get a decent rep in the market (in your opinion) i.e. attend meet-ups for example? I'd be really interested in hearing what you all have to say and would really appreciate any advice.
