Looking for LAMP developer for small project

Hello all,

Anyone freelancing or looking for a real life university project at
the moment?

Me and my wife have just started a new distribution business selling
to trade and other distributors. We are looking for an open source
mysql/php solution to manage customer account records, invoices in and
out, inventory, notes page for customers records... A typical
business app.

We have interviewed some development companies but they want to use
proprietary rather than open source tools.

I'm conceptually designing the project, but we have time constraints
so an experienced freelancer is required to fast track the process!
