The compiled applications are compatible with Windows Seven ?
In when compatible compiled applications with Linux (gecko engine) or
Mac Os (gecko or webkit engine) ?

It should be. For example, ForteDownloads website tested ZPE for
compatibility with Windows 7 in the summer and found it compatible. There
is a Windows 7 compatible logo for ZPE just beneath History and Download
buttons:

ZPE is not compatible with non-Windows systems.
