Experience 3+ MONTHS as IT Recruiter (night shift experience must)


1. A minimum of 3 months of US recruitment experience.

2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

3. Proven experience in recruiting IT talent, availing of job boards
and vendor resourcing partnerships

4. Effective communication and negotiation skills

5. Ability to work extended hours – working US Night shifts

6. Should be aware of Tax Terms


Salary starting 14,000 rupees to 50,000 rupees per month depending on
experience plus commission.
