Missing port parameter.

Hi all,

I sent an email to the site about this but, gen'd code does not have
the port parameter to the PDO calls. To keep it simple, its my thought
to just add in the default install ports, but obviously give userland
an option to change port.

Otherwise, Ive finally gotten off my laurels to play with PDO, and I
must say its fast and im really digging what youve done here!
