Newbie here - So I registered for a photoblog, now how do I upload a pic?

I just registered for a photoblog on photoblogs.org and would like to
upload a pic. However I don't see any means of uploading them... how
does it work? The Faq page link seems to be broken, it gives me a "503
Service Temporarily Unavailable" error.

You can't.  Photoblogs.org doesn't host photoblogs, it's a list of
photoblogs that are hosted elsewhere.

If you want free photoblog hosting you could try something like
http://www.aminus3.com/
