Need help testing a Android app!

I wonder if anybody please could help me test an app that I made?
I have made an Android app to a school here in sweden and one guy says
that its not working.
The guy has a Google Galaxy Nexus with OS 4.0.2, but it would be good
to get tests from other phones too!

I have tested it in the Eclipse Emulator with OS 2.2, 2.3 and the
latest 4.0.3, I have also tested it on my Samsung Galaxy 9001 with OS
2.3.3 and on my girlfriends Samsung Galaxy 9000 with OS 2.2 and it is
working as is should, no faults!
The only thing that doesnt work is saving a localStorage value in 2.2,
and therefor I have released it with OS 2.3.7.

I think it is something wrong with his phone and not the app!?
Off course I could be wrong, but its strange that it work for me and
not for him!

To test the shedule in the app, do this:
1. In the menu click "Schema".
2. Click on the button at the top right corner "Persnr"
3. Write 19951003-5489 in the text field and click "Spara".
This saves the personal number to a localStorage, and only has to be
done ones.
4. Return to the menu and start the "Schema" page again.
5. Click the link "Mitt Schema".
Now you should see a shedule!

1. Doesnt all phones that is running the Android OS work the same way?
2. Could you please also test the other pages in the app and see if
you see anything strange?
3. Could you please write down the phone you are testing it on and
also what version of OS it is.

Hi, I have HTC Desire (2.2) and Icoia Tab (3.2) and a China-smartphone A1-01 (2.3) but for my decives the market say me that I have no compatible devices for you app. 

Is this normal ? 

If you send me the apk I will try on my devices.

and the first time I ran it I got a strange alert about not being able to connect to the server with the file:// URL to the index.html

I have other devices I can try on, but it sounds like there is an endemic issue.

Hi guys and thanks a lot.
ziobudda, thats strange, it is released with level 10 and on the
Android Market it says that you need Android 2.3.7 to download it?

jcesar and Devgeeks - The "Personnummer sparat" alert is correct, it
only confirms that the number is saved to the phone(in localStorage).
When you have saved it, then go back to the menu and restart the
"Schema" page and then click on "Mitt Schema" and it will display a
schedule in a childbrowser window. And if you please can test the
other pages aswell, I really appreciate it!

Devgeeks - regarding the "connect to the server with the file:// URL
to the index.html" problem, I load a file from my server into the
index file and maybe you lost your connection at the time? It sound
like it.

I got that error too, and I was connected, so that is not the problem.

I can see the schema on a nexus one 2.3.6

Sorry! My fault!
I have uploaded a new version called sam1.5.apk instead at the same
address. Could you please test that one?

I really hope I havent uploaded the wrong version to the Android
Market :-), have to check!
