APPS for IPHONE or IPAD Application with Templates? Any Suggestions for best method.

I first came to phonegap in order to create an APP and also eBook for
my 15 Math books that I have written. It appears that this tool is
NOT the best tool to do this. Can someone PLEASE suggest to me a
template driven method to create an APP that I can connect up to
Apple's APPS. There must be a good one somewhere.

Isn't better for books to use the ibooks author and publish them in the ibook store?
