Getting started with Cordova 2.2.0, Android

If you compare the 2.2.0 Getting Started guide with 1.9.0, you'll find a lot of information on how to change the content in Eclipse files, such as the main java file in src and AndroidManifest.xml are included with 1.9.0, but not with 2.2.0.

Do we still need to make changes to these files, or were they conveniently updated for 2.2.0? Obviously, we'll want to remove all the permissions our app doesn't need.
