phonegap issue

Hi,
When i move from one screen to another screen in the application it
shows some flickering of the first screen.
It is slow to load the application in the real device....

Note:i am using android with the phonegap and jquery mobile...

I've had similar issues with this in JQuery mobile apps outside of phonegap.  You might find a solution by searching around jQuery mobile and flickering/blinking.
