hi,
can someone update the tutorial to remove "location" from you iPhone
app?
I think it is still the old version of the tutorial we find on the
site.

I second the request! I tried to map the old directions to the latest
code and it wasn't obvious. Thanks!

PS - looking forward to a good FAQ to keep this list high signal

I'll update it when I get home tonight, I pulled Location from last
weeks build of PhoneGap successfully this weekend.

The latest version of phonegap lazy loads the classes so you don't need to make any modifications if you are not using geo location.
