Naming the application

How do i name the application?
I had an application named weather (folder named weather), and ran
that.
But then i changed my mind and renamed the folder to Foo. But when i
ran droidgap create and then droidgap run, the app was still named
weather.
Where do i control the name of the application?

For Android, it should be in two places: in your AndroidManifest.xml
in the root and the strings.xml file under res/values.

Is there a location where you fill the description of the software, or
is that just on the Android market?
